OMG! I can't even beging to tell you the week I've had! This has been one of those weeks when I think just about everything went wrong. I tried to stay positive, but sometimes that doesn't always work. I kept thinking "Ok, so is this a lesson learning week?" It seemed like no matter what I did, nothing worked out. I've been trying for several weeks now, to update my site, as its getting bigger every week. I kept loosing content, and at one point I even lost a few blog posts! Fortunately I was able to get it back, but Im still working diligently on this and I'm hoping and praying to get this stuff resolved soon!! Anyway, in the process of all this this week, I was able to catch a few videos on health and one of my new favs is on my Health Videos page. Its fun and informative and the host is fun to listen to. I have an idea for you this next week. This one health and wellness fanatic I subscribe to, recently wrote a book called IQuit Sugar. I know for me, when I eat a lot of sugar it REALLY affects me. My jaw gets tense, I'm more tired and I actually break out in a rash, not bad but enough to get my attention! In fact, I know quite a few people that can't eat sugar, they have some pretty bad side effects. So, my idea, read labels this week. Read everything and write it down. By the end of the week, record how much sugar you took in during the week. I can't handle anymore than 50grams a day, but I've heard, and I'm not sure I agree, that you can actually eat up to 100grams! I have a tendancy to try and get away from sugar and I feel a whole lot better. Make it fun, make it interesting, and make it a learning experience! And let me know how it goes!
