So my new book just came out! I'm so excited about it and I hope you have a chance to download it and take a look. I think you'll find some really good interesting stuff in there!
One of the things I specialize in in herbs and supplements, but I don't take a ton all the time. I think there is a time and place for each one, and I have definitely taken any of those that I've written about at some time or another. I completely believe that each has a purpose and I hope if you do read the book, you'll agree.
I've had several people ask me, "How do I know what to take and when?" In fact I get asked that a lot. Not only will this book kind of explain all that, but I think when it comes down to it, listening to our bodies is huge! Too often we forget to do that and the results are never good.
